Register for a Yoga Class

Yoga ~ Class Schedule

Classes are $72 for 6 weeks ( $12 per class) or $15 if you would like to drop in for one class at a time.  We strongly encourage preregistration. Classes are limited to 5 students and are filling up fast. If you have a specific health condition that may limit you in activity, please let us know before the class. Poses and activities can be modified according to your abilities.

Pay for 6 classes and receive a discount!  Only $72 which is $12 per class.  Drop-ins $15

Stretch and strengthen your body as you open up your heart to love and light.  Join Suzanne for a unique blend of movement and stillness in a yoga class that will both challenge you while still honoring your individual self. There will be traditional poses, heart and breath opening movement, and individual attention - a yoga class designed for everyone.

Small Group Yoga Class

Mondays
5:30 - 6:45 pm

Wednesdays
5:30 - 6:45pm and 7:00 to 8:00pm

Experience the benefits of yoga and receive personal attention in a small intimate class suited for all fitness levels.

Yoga is a wonderful way to bring awareness, health and vitality to body and mind.  Suzanne includes the flow of Ashtanga, the stability of Iyengar, and the practice of breath in a very unique yoga experience. Practicing yoga will enhance any fitness program You will be surprised at the results.

The mind/body connection with Yoga is a very powerful and healing one.  The use of the breath and focusing on breath with movement will relax your mind and bring healing to mind and body.  Yoga leaves you feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to pursue life with greater awareness and vigor.

Class is suitable for all fitness levels.  Suzanne will help you with each pose and show modifications until you feel comfortable going deeper into a pose.
