We will have a booth at the Irondequoit 4th of July Celebration at the Town Hall. Be sure to stop by for a chair massage or to meet many of the wonderful practitioners that work here at The Center for Body Wellness. We will have lots of information and many of the practitioners will be offering specials. Not only are we going to be celebrating the 4th, but we will also be celebrating our birthday! Many of you may remember that last year we had a booth at the Town Hall. We were there to introduce our business to this community! What a wonderful year this has been. You may have noticed that over the past year, we have introduced many new services to our clients. We now offer Pilates, Yoga, Foot Detox, and Naturopathic Medicine. Of course we are not done! We will continue to grow and we will keep looking for new and exciting services that we can offer to our clients. There is always something new at The Center for Body Wellness so be sure to check in with us regularly. We look forward to seeing you at the Town Celebration on the 3rd and 4th of July!

The Center for Body Wellness will be having a Men's Workshop on Sunday, August 17 from noon to 3:00pm. This is a day of men's health where you can participate in workshops, meditation, pilates, reiki, chair massage, tarot readings and more for only $5 at the door! Wives and S/O's welcome!
