Marian Bauman-O'Dell is a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years experience and the founder of Heart Song Counseling & Healing.Marian has been interested in the healing arts for most of her life. She has been instructed in Gestalt Pastoral Care with founder Tilda Norberg and trained in Reconnective Healing by Dr. Eric Pearl. Marian is a NYS Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor and a Department of Motor Vehicles approved DWI Screening and Assessment Provider. For the past 10 years, Marian has been an adjunct instructor at MCC in the Human Services Department teaching addiction counseling courses. Using non-traditional approaches, Marian will work with you during whatever life situations you are struggling with including, relationship loss, career and work transitions, addictions, step-family adjustment, phobias, anxiety, and healing from abuse and trauma.
